About The SC Series Heavy-Duty Propylene Gas Cutting Tip, 1 1/4 in
Longest lasting cutting tip for dependable performance. Used for medium preheating, cutting up to 1 1/4 in. (32 mm) thick metal. For use with all heavy-duty combination torches, heavy-duty hand cutting torches, Gas Axe™ hand cutting torches and machine torches SC770 and SC772A.

Helps to reduce backfire and resist flameout.
Fully Swaged Smooth Tip
Allows for fast starts and minimizes slag build-up.
Graf-Tite® Soft Seat Tip
Protects the tip seat from nicking for longer use.
Removable High-Pressure Seat Nut
Allows for safer and easier cleaning from back of tip.
In-Tip Gas Mix
Assures lowest amount of mixed gas in the system. Sustained backfire can be isolated in the tip, helping protect the operator and the torch.
Slip-In Design
Tips are slip-in and hand-tightened saving time and minimizing operator fatigue when changing tips. Quick and easy tip changes encouage use of the right tip to efficiiently complete the job.
