About The Jetline® 9900 Controller
Jetline controllers are available to support a variety of applications. Both controllers work with
new systems and/or can be retrofit to upgrade and extend the life of existing systems.

Industrial Touch Screen Display
Large 15 in. industrial touch panel.
Graphical display while welding
Easy to read display shows real time weld data for visual reference.
Control up to 15 devices
Standard configuration allows control of up to 15 devices. This means oscillation (mechanical or magnetic), hot wire voltage or any other devices are integrated and controlled from a single easy to access weld program. The 9900 Controller is also capable of controlling multiple welding arcs and or processes from the same program. The modular design eases configuration and expandability needs.
Program Storage
9900 Controller allows for 50,000 weld programs to stored.
Adjust parameters on the fly
Ability to adjust welding parameters while welding.
User Login and Security Settings.
Assignable user name and permissions allows you to control operation and security of programs to prevent unauthorized changes.
Ethernet communcation and fiber optic cables
Common Ethernet communication protocol and fiber optic cables to assure signal integrity
Data acquisition sortware
Optional data acquisition allows the actual level of all the programmed parameters to be recording during the weld sequence.
Multi-pass software
Optional multi-pass software provides the ability to link together a series of weld scheduled to create a multi-pass or multi-segment weld.
Software Options
The Jetline 9900 Controller is available with three software options to satisfy the basic, to the most demanding applications.
Multiple Arc Control
Control multiple GTAW, GMAW, or PAW welding arcs from the same program.
3 Year Warranty
Jetline systems are covered by our three-year limited warranty.
