About The Heavy Duty Torch Outfit with Acetylene Tip, CGA 300S
Oxy-fuel hand cutting system built for the toughest jobs. The high capacity one-piece torch and SC12-2 Acetylene tip included with the system allow you to cut up to 1 ¼ inch (32mm) thick steel, but with the appropriate tip, the one-piece torch can cut up to 12-inch thick steel using Acetylene or 20-inch thick steel using Propane.

2.5-Inch Regulator Gauges
The large regulator gauges are easy to read and are constructed from shatter-resistant polycarbonate lenses.
Resin Bonnet Insert
Allows smooth, easy adjustment even at high-pressure levels.
Stainless Steel Ball-Style Valves
Allows for smooth adjustment and positive seating to eliminate leaks.
Slip-in Tip Design
No wrench is needed allowing for quick and easy tip changes.
Three Tube Construction
Keeps gases separate in the cutting attachment until mixed at the tip for safety. Mixed gas stays farthest away from the operator.
Adjustable Valve Resistance
PTFE packing provides a gas-tight seal while allowing the "drag" to be adjusted to the individual preference.
Replaceable Hose Connections
Connections are easily replaced if damaged reducing maintenance costs.
Graf-Tite® Soft Seat Tip
Protects the tip seat from nicking for longer use.
Ease-on Cutting Oxygen Valve
Allows for smooth application of cutting oxygen reducing keyholing and slag blowback when piercing.
Dual Filters Including Sure Seat™
Protects high-pressure regulator seat from debris for reliable operation and long service life.
Nickel-Plated Bonnet with Forged Brass Body
Protects against corrosion.
External Relief Valve
Protects regulator from damage due to inadvertent high-pressure surge. Relief valve will release excessive pressure and automatically reset.
Stainless Steel Diaphragm
Resists corrosion, leaking and freeze-up if used with liquid gases for extended service life.
